Because of this growth, we’re looking to add a new Project Engineer for our Sandy office. You would support project management, bid, and prepare projects for construction.

What you’ll do:Â
Project Coordination and Administration:Â
- Maintain up-to-date project records and documentationÂ
- Assist Project Manager in various project phasesÂ
- Coordinate with subcontractors and ensure timely delivery of project documentsÂ
- Attend meetings and represent the company as neededÂ
- Monitor and enforce safety protocolsÂ
- Prepare and submit project reports, change orders, RFIs, and other required documentationÂ
- Support business development efforts by marketing the company to clientsÂ
Detail management:Â
- Monitor and manage the products in
ProCore and/or Microsoft ProjectÂ
- Review construction documents, specifications, and stay up to date on industry standardsÂ
- Ability to analyze project data and generate reportsÂ
Â
What you need to succeed:Â
Education and Experience:Â
- Bachelor's degree in a related field or working towards a degree in construction management, engineering or business Â
- Or 3-5 years of commercial construction experienceÂ
Technical Skills:Â
- Knowledge of construction practices, procedures, and techniquesÂ
- Ability to read and understand complex documents, work orders, safety rules, and maintenance instructionsÂ
- Proficiency in construction scheduling and cost controlÂ
- Familiarity with various equipment and toolsÂ
- LEED knowledgeÂ
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, BlueBeam, and CAD softwareÂ
Interpersonal Skills:Â
- Strong organizational and time management skillsÂ
- Effective communication and interpersonal skillsÂ
- Detail-oriented approachÂ
