Job DetailsJob Location: Sandy, UT 84070Position Type: Full TimeSalary Range: $19.00 - $22.00 HourlyJob Category: Legal AdminThe Referral Coordinator is responsible for developing, maintaining, and managing the firm's referral network to support business growth and effective collaboration with referral partners. This role serves as the primary point of contact for outbound and inbound referrals, assisting in communication between internal teams, referral partners, and clients. In addition to creating and maintaining relationships with our partners, the Referral Coordinator is also responsible for overseeing all inbound and outbound referrals from placement through resolution. Job Duties:  Connect clients with firms that specialize in areas outside of our expertise  Request/Provide updates for both inbound and outbound referrals  Schedule initial meetings with referral partners Generate and send General Referral Contracts to partners, following company standards Assist Case Managers with distributing and tracking co-counsel fees  Data Entry for new referrals  Identify areas for growth and assist in building partnerships with local firms to fill those needs.  Assist our sign-up team with inbound calls Benefits include paid employee medical insurance, dental coverage, and paid basic life insurance for employee and family, other voluntary supplemental coverages offered, 401(k) with company match, paid holidays and paid time off.
