Job DetailsJob Location: South Towne - Sandy, UT 84070Position Type: Full TimeSalary Range: $70,000.00 - $130,000.00 Commission/yearJob Category: AutomotiveThe Service Advisors act as a liaison between our guests and the technicians. They ensure a positive customer experience by promptly greeting people when they enter, asking pertinent questions about their service needs, expressing any customer concerns to the technicians, and advising and explaining the recommendations of the technicians. They also help our Customer Service Department answer customer questions and give quotes on repairs. A good Service Advisor enjoys customer service, problem-solving, and a fast-past environment. They are good communicators who thrive on being busy.   Daily Responsibilities: Advisors are expected to promptly acknowledge all customers on the drive within 30 seconds of pulling in, and check them in within 1 minute, completing a thorough process including video/photo walk around, updating mileage, updating customer information, and verifying customer concerns and requests. Advisors are to send out MPI results with technician findings promptly (within 30 minutes); in some instances, a follow-up phone call to go over customer questions may be required. Prior to leaving for the day, it is expected that advisors send out payment links and have paperwork ready for any customers picking up. Gather proof of insurance and drivers license for guests getting a loaner vehicle.
