$16–$19/hour | Monday–Friday | Afternoon / Evening Shift (1:00pm - 9:30pm)

We're hiring a Onboarding Agent / Testing Proctor / Customer Support  to support candidates through their exam experience-from check-in to completion. If you're reliable, friendly, and love helping people, this could be a great fit for you.

What You Will Do:

• Welcome and guide candidates through the testing process
• Proctor exams and ensure a secure, professional environment 
• Answer calls and assist with questions or issues 
• Provide calm, helpful customer service (even under pressure!)
• Work with your team to improve the testing experience

What We Are Looking For:

• Strong communication and people skills
• Dependable, detail-oriented, and professional
• Comfortable following processes and handling responsibility
• Problem-solver with a positive attitude
• Bilingual (Vietnamese or Spanish) is a plus, but not required
