Sales Business Development Center (BDC) Administrator

Job is onsite and reports to the General Sales Manager

Shift: 9:00 AM – 6:00 PM

Chrysler Dodge Jeep Ram of Seminole County, part of the Lithia & Driveway family of dealerships, is looking for a motivated Sales Business Development Center (BDC) Administrator to join our award-winning team!

What You'll Do

• Respond to inbound service inquiries by phone, email, and text.
• Schedule and confirm service appointments.
• Deliver an exceptional customer experience with every interaction.
• Follow up with customers to ensure satisfaction and encourage repeat business.
• Maintain accurate customer records and appointment details.
• Work closely with the service team to support daily operations.

What We're Looking For

• Previous automotive dealership Service BDC, Customer Service, Call Center, or Service Advisor experience is preferred.
• Dealership Sales, BDC, or Internet Sales experience is also a plus.
• We are willing to train the right candidate with a positive attitude, strong work ethic, and a passion for customer service.
• Professional, polished, and customer-focused with a friendly, positive demeanor.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Strong organizational skills with exceptional attention to detail and follow-through.
• Comfortable using computers, dealership software, and multiple applications simultaneously.
• Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment while maintaining accuracy.
• Dependable team player committed to delivering outstanding service experience and building lasting customer relationships.
