Opportunity
- This position is responsible for conducting cycle counts and audits, assisting in researching and reconciling inventory discrepancies and assisting the inventory management in any inventory related functions.

What You Will Bring
- High School diploma or equivalent.
- 1 year or more previous warehouse experience.

Where You Will Lead
- Create and maintain professional relationships within all levels of the organization (peers, work groups, customers, supervisors).
- Manage multiple assignments and tasks, set priorities, and adapt to changing conditions and work assignments.
- Recognize and read location, date and product codes.
- Work independently and as a member of a team.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Flexibility to operate and self-driven to excel in a fast-paced environment.
- Basic arithmetic skills (addition, subtraction, division and multiplication)Depending on location may be required to be equipment certified.
- Ensure the safety and legality of food.
- Check and count a wide variety of materials and supplies.
- Place product in assigned locations and report shortages.
- Assist in selecting storage spaces and taking inventory.
- Handle any inventory needs, solve inventory problems and report any inventory control issues.
- Troubleshoot and communicate quantity discrepancies with Scheduler.
- Record and monitor all items shelf life and notify appropriate personnel when product has expired.
- Maintain inventory records and assist in stock selection as required.
- Forklift Certified. (Training available)
- Operate a forklift as needed.
- Must be detailed-oriented and pay close attention to accuracy.
- Must be computer literate.
- Able to analyze information gathered in order to identify potential problems and discrepancies.
- Must have strong mathematical skills.
- Proficient in the English language both oral and written.
- Be willing to assist with coverage in the absence of another Cycle Counter.
- Must be able to work additional hours or beyond standard schedule with little or no notice.
- Perform or assist with any operations, as required or directed, to maintain work flow or respond to production requirements.
- Performs other duties assigned as require
What You Will Experience
- The noise level in the work environment is usually moderate to high and will include, but not be limited to, production machinery, computers, printers, telephones, and normal communication. Â Hearing protection will be required for all in plant activities.
- Must be willing to work under various temperatures ranging from typical 45 to 95 degrees Fahrenheit.
