- Schedule: Full-Time, Monday through Friday, 6:30 AM – 3:00 PM Â
- Requirements: Previous cleaning or custodial experience required; prior lead/supervisory experience preferred.

What You’ll Do
As our Janitorial Section Leader, you will guide our day-to-day cleaning operations and support our hardworking team. In this role as a Custodial Team Lead, you will: Â
- Lead and support team members in maintaining top-tier cleanliness across assigned areas.
- Perform hands-on cleaning duties alongside your team, including sweeping, mopping, dusting, trash removal, and restroom sanitation.
- Inspect work areas to ensure high standards of quality and safety.
- Assist with training new team members and managing equipment and supplies.
- Communicate effectively with managers and site contacts to keep everything running smoothly.
What You Bring To The Team
- Prior experience as a Janitorial Section Leader, Custodial Team Lead, or Cleaning Supervisor.
- Strong communication skills and a reliable, positive attitude.
- Ability to lift up to 35 lbs, stand, walk, bend, and stoop throughout your shift.
- Passion for leading by example and maintaining clean, safe spaces.
