Job DetailsJob Location: Sanford, FL 32772Position Type: Full TimeJob Category: ConstructionThe Pipe Foreman is responsible for supervising and coordinating the activities of the pipe crew in the installation of sanitary and storm sewer pipelines. This position ensures that all work is performed safely, efficiently, and in accordance with project plans, specifications, and schedules. Key Responsibilities: Work in a safe and effective manner in order to minimize risk of injury, property damage, or loss of life. Supervise and coordinate the activities of the pipe team members. Laying of sanitary/storm sewer pipelines. Setting up laser and other engineering instruments to install pipelines at correct proposed elevations. Coordinate with rest of job foreman/crew to ensure a cohesive project. Perform additional assignments per Supervisor’s direction. Review and approve weekly crews' timecards. Qualifications 3-5 recent years’ experience working as a PIPE FOREMAN. Active Driver license. Must have their own basic set of hand tools. Must have a safety-first attitude. Strict adherence to safety requirements and procedures is required. Must have transportation to and from work. Must be able to perform physical activities that require considerable use of your arms and legs and moving your whole body, such as climbing, lifting, balancing, walking, stooping, and handling of materials up to 75 pounds.
