Pay: $16–$18/hr. + Overtime Available!

Schedule: Monday – Friday | Occasional Saturdays | Full-Time | Outdoor Work

Waste Connections is hiring dependable, safety-focused Transfer Site Laborers for our Groveland Transfer Site. If you're looking for steady work, great pay, and full benefits — we want to hear from you! The Job:

Direct truck traffic entering and exiting the transfer site

Perform general labor tasks including litter pickup and site cleanup

Maintain grounds (weed cutting, yard work, etc.)

Install temporary wind fencing and assist with site safety measures

Support basic facility maintenance (painting, janitorial tasks)

Promote a safe work environment and follow all safety protocols

Interact with customers and team members to ensure safe, clean operations

Work outdoors in all weather conditions

✅ Requirements:

1+ year of stable work experience in a labor-intensive or outdoor role

Ability to lift 50+ lbs. and perform physical tasks

Comfortable working in all weather conditions

Safety-focused with a strong work ethic

Reliable, team-oriented, and detail-driven
