Medical Office RN/LPN/MA / Bowling Green Family Care Center / Full Time

In accordance with the mission of Wood Health Company, and within the scope of the Ohio Board of Nursing, the Registered Nurse (RN) will provide clinical and administrative support in a medical office setting, under the direction of the physician and office manager/coordinator. The RN is accountable for the delivery of patient care utilizing the nursing process within the standards, policies, procedures and guidelines of the organization.

Job Description:

  • Demonstrates the ability to prioritize care of patient according to presenting conditions.

  • Formulates nursing diagnosis and establishes intra-procedure nursing care plan based on initial assessment. Checks department supplies, equipment and positioning aids.

  • Plans care with other members of the health care team. Checks schedule for role assignment and cases.

  • Documents responses to and evaluations of nursing interventions provided.

Minimum Requirements:

Required License/Certification:         

  • Licensed RN or LPN in the state of Ohio, or Registered/Certified Medical Assistant
