SUMMARYÂ
Customer service representatives help customers, brokers and sales with questions, give customers information about products and services, and process orders.
EDUCATION AND/OR EXPERIENCEÂ
- Some accounting experience is preferred.
- Associates Degree or 2 - 5 years related experience preferred.

- Manage multiple assignments and tasks, set priorities, and adapt to changing conditions and work assignments.
- Strong customer orientation.Â
- Strong organizational skills.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
- Proficient in MS Office Applications including Excel and Outlook on a daily basis.
- Ability to learn company software program for data entry.
- Professional phone skills.
- Some sales administration support – sales reports and other projects from sales.
- Strong ability to work both independently and on a team.
- Work in cold environment on occasion, small amount of time in freezer or cold dock warehouse – appropriate attire is provided.

PRIMARY DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIESÂ
- Partner with Customer Service representatives to meet and exceed customer’s service expectations.
- Process customer orders and revisions for assigned territories.
- Process all paperwork and appropriate emails for assigned territories.
- Request delivery date changes from brokers/customers for assigned territories.
- Supply Accounting with shipped order paperwork for assigned territories.
- Work directly with assigned brokers/customers over the phone and by email.
- Provide Sales with information pertaining to orders, if necessary.
- Works closely with shipping / warehouse / transportation.
- Email Daily Order Report to appropriate parties when needed.
- Cross train within the department to have the ability to cover others when out.
- Provide support for Marketing for large show sample requests, when needed.
- Provide support for Company Store, if needed.
- Must be able to work additional hours or beyond standard schedule with little or no notice.
- Perform or assist with any operations, as required or directed, to maintain work flow or respond to production requirements.
- Create and maintain professional relationships within all levels of the organization (peers, work groups, customers, supervisors).

PHYSICAL DEMANDS
While performing the duties of this job, the employee is regularly required to sit at desk for prolonged periods, use hands to handle or feel, talk and hear. The employee frequently is required to walk and reach with hands and arms. The employee must be able to lift up to 15lbs at times, occasionally. Specific vision abilities required by this job include close vision, color vision, and the ability to focus in order to properly construct reports, use a computer and color coordinate monthly reports.
WORK ENVIRONMENT
The noise level in the work environment is usually moderate and will include, but not be limited to, computers, printers, telephones, and normal communication.
