About the Role

This is a flexible, "on-demand" role focused on quality assurance. You would visit local school sites to ensure our programs are running smoothly and according to HOKALI’s standards.

Responsibilities

Assist with daily student check-in and check-out procedures.
Support Educators during class transitions to ensure proper supervision ratios.
Remain on site until all students have been safely dismissed.
Set up and organize materials before classes; assist with cleanup afterward.
Communicate supply needs, attendance inconsistencies, or incidents to the Site Coordinator.
Help manage snack distribution and maintain clean, safe environments.
Provide additional supervision or coverage when needed.
Uphold HOKALI’s safety standards and report any incidents immediately.

Schedule & Compensation

Schedule: Fixed shifts (1:00 PM – 5:00 PM or 2:00 PM – 6:00 PM) based on site needs.
Rate: $35/hr
Location: Primarily Fullerton, CA (with potential visits to nearby schools).

Legal authorization to work in the US
Experience in Field Operations positions or similar
Experience in School Environment (Must)
Exceptional interpersonal and communication abilities
