Demo/Grading - Heavy Equipment Operator - Track Loader
$30-$42/Hourly+, DOE

Full-Time, Non-Exempt, Mon-Fri work Schedule, some Saturdays

Requirements:
- Experience operating excavator with thumb both full-size excavator, mini-excavator, skid steer, Bobcat compact track loaders, and large track loaders like the CAT 953 and 973.
- Ability to read and understand grading plans.
- Experience working in demolition of residential and commercial structures.
- Meet schedules and timelines.
- Ability to work safely, productively, and efficiently.
- Experience in demolition.
- Understand and follow oral and written instructions.
- Work cooperatively and collaboratively with other team members.
- Maintain punctual and consistent attendance.
- Must be able to work overtime when required.
- Must have hard working attitude.
Experience:
- Heavy equipment operation: 3 years (Required)
- Grading operator: 2 years (Required)
License/Certification:
- California Driver License (Required)
