Job DetailsJob Location: Flex CA Office - Santa Ana, CA 92707Position Type: Full TimeEducation Level: NoneSalary Range: $17.00 - $17.00 Base+Commission/monthJob Category: FinancePOSITION SUMMARY The Optima Protection Plan ("OPP") Sales Protection Specialist position is located in the Santa Ana, California office and reports to the Protection Specialist Team Lead. Optima Tax Relief's Protection Plan Team presents specialty services to tax payers and clients who have graduated from Optima's tax resolution services. Our Protection Specialist Sales Team showcases the benefits of OPP to our clients while taking the stress out of tax. These services include monitoring of our clients' federal tax accounts by providing IRS protection, strategy, Tax Preparation, Identity Theft Protection, and additional resolution services should another tax issue arise. This role must also champion Optimas culture and Core Values and help to deliver the best customer experience.   ESSENTIAL DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES The essential functions include, but are not limited to the following: Review and evaluate closed cases for potential clients qualified for OPP. Effectively communicate results and showcase the benefits of OPP in relation to clients case. Multitask while working with customers and navigating computer systems. Present and assist with additional services and tax preparation clients. Interact with other teams and departments as-needed to ensure forward case movement. Be able to work in team environment while remaining self-motivated. Manage daily responsibilities and tasks timely. Maintain excellent attendance practices. Perform other team-related duties as assigned. Maintain professionalism and represent Optima's 'U.N.I.T.E.D.' Core Values In order to be provided the essential training required to be successful in this role, it is mandatory that you are present for and complete all essential/initial training onsite for up to 5 business days (unless prior management approval is provided). Please note that additional onsite training may be required depending on business need. QualificationsEDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE REQUIREMENTS High school diploma or equivalent education required. One (1) year minimum client-facing call center experience. Proficiency in Salesforce or other CRM. Remain focused and productive in a fast-paced environment. Prior inside sales experience a plus but not required. 1-2 years' relevant experience preferred.   KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS,& ABILITIES A positive mindset and "get-it-done" attitude. Proficient and comfortable with office equipment (Computer skills Microsoft Office, Outlook). Proficiency with word-processing and spreadsheet software. Self-starter, industrious, and motivated. Excellent organizational, time-management, written, and communication skills. Meticulous attention to detail and high sense of accountability. Able to work in a fast-paced, high-energy environment. Strong work ethic and commitment to excellence. Strong listening skills with the ability to understand and influence people. Strong ability to multi-task.
