Property Management Associates is seeking a dynamic Leasing Consultant with Expertise in Finding and Screening High-Quality tenants for a beautiful 288-unit apartment complex in Santa Ana. If you’re passionate about creating exceptional resident experiences, we want to meet you.

Compensation:

$20.00-$23.00 per hour/Full time

Medical, dental, and vision insurance

Earn $100 per new lease and $50 per renewal

Responsibilities:

Conduct property tours with prospective tenants, showcasing the community's features and amenities and turn prospects into residents.
Guide applicants through the application process and execute lease signings efficiently.
Assist in marketing efforts to attract new tenants and promote property vacancies.
Effectively turn prospects into residents by providing a seamless and positive leasing experience.

Qualifications:

Minimum one year leasing experience
Must have excellent verbal & written communication skills.
Energetic, fun-going personality and excellent people skills. Exceptional leasing, sales and marketing skills.
Familiar with rental application process and lease signings.
Proficiency with computers, including a strong knowledge of Microsoft Office.
Proven success using various online and social media platforms for marketing.
Proficient with Yardi Voyager a plus
One weekend day is required.

This position is 100% in-office. The role requires working in office during standard business hours. Remote work or telecommuting is not an option for this position.

Pay Range

$19.50—$23 USD
