About the RoleĀ 
Clarvida is hiring aĀ Pre-Licensed TherapistĀ to join ourĀ Camino Nuevo program in Santa Ana, CA. This full-time role offers competitive hourly pay, access to licensure supervision, and a comprehensive benefits package.Ā Must be bilingual Spanish.

Pre-Licensed Therapist, you will provide individual, group, and family therapy while coordinating client intake and support services. You will collaborate with clients, families, and care teams to deliver trauma-informed, person-centered care that promotes independence and empowerment.Ā 
ResponsibilitiesĀ 
  • Provide individual (adult), group, and family therapyĀ 
  • Conduct crisis intervention consultations andĀ assistĀ with treatment planningĀ 
  • Facilitate educational and vocational planning for clientsĀ 
  • Participate in interdisciplinary treatment team meetings and program developmentĀ 
  • Document clinical services andĀ maintainĀ compliance with company and regulatory standardsĀ 
  • Ensure HIPAA compliance andĀ maintainĀ professional boundariesĀ 
  • Provide community consultation, education, and linkages to intensive interventionsĀ 
  • Teach educational classes such as parenting, domestic violence, and anger managementĀ 
  • Meet monthly productivity requirements asĀ establishedĀ by supervisor/programĀ 
  • Transport clients as needed using personal vehicleĀ 
  • Perform on-call duties and other duties as assignedĀ 
Required QualificationsĀ 
  • Master’s degree in Social Work, Psychology, Counseling, or related fieldĀ 
  • Registration as an AMFT, APCC, or ASW in CaliforniaĀ 
  • Valid California driver’s license and auto insuranceĀ 
  • Minimum two years of experience working with mental health patients in inpatient/outpatient settingsĀ 
  • Strong clinical and interpersonal skills with excellent written and verbal communicationĀ

  • ProficiencyĀ with computer applications and documentation systemsĀ 
Preferred QualificationsĀ 
  • Bilingual Spanish required
  • Experience in trauma-informed care and community-based mental health programsĀ
