Job DetailsJob Location: Santa Ana, CA - F64 - Santa Ana, CA 92707Position Type: Full TimeSalary Range: $28.00 - $34.00 HourlyProperty Management Associates is seeking an onsite Property Manager for an amazing 288-unit apartment community located in Santa Ana, CA.  Compensation: $28.00-$34.00 per hour Free 2-bedroom 2-bath apartment valued at $2,950 per month Job Requirements Include: A minimum of 3 plus years experience managing large 250-unit plus properties. Proficiency with Yardi Voyager is essential. Strong verbal and written communication skills. Track record of supervising Assistant Managers, Leasing Consultants, Maintenance and vendors. Proficiency with computers, including a strong knowledge of Microsoft Office. Perform daily/weekly comprehensive property walk-throughs, paying particular attention to items on the preventative maintenance list Proven ability to market and lease apartments. Effective organizational and multi-tasking skills. Must be able to live on-site. Job Requirements: Knowledge of property accounting, such as Yardi Proficiency with computers, including a strong knowledge of Microsoft Office. Must live on-site One weekend day is required Valid Driver's License and Evidence of Auto Insurance will be needed. A background, DMV, and Pre-Employment Physical will be conducted as part of our application process.
