Warehouse Associate

• Safely operates a delivery van to transport and deliver product to customers (normal van).
• Loads and unloads products from van and/or truck manually.
• Operates a forklift with the utmost care to ensure efficiency and safety in tight spaces.
• Prepares and completes orders for delivery or pickup according to schedule (load, pack, wrap, label, and ship).
• Simple packaging and assembling.
• Receives and processes warehouse stock products (pick, unload, label, and store).
• Keeps a clean and safe working environment and optimizes space utilization.
• Communicates and cooperates with supervisors and coworkers.
• Operates and maintains preventively warehouse vehicles and equipment.
• Follows quality service standards and complies with procedures, rules, and regulations.

• Minimum 2 years warehouse working experience.
• Valid driver's license with a satisfactory driving record.
• Proven experience as a forklift operator, and valid certification to operate forklifts is preferred.
• May be required to lift items up to 50 pounds.
• Computer literacy. Familiarity with RF scanning, and NetSuite ERP system is a plus.
• Bilingual in English and Mandarin Chinese preferred.
