Job Description

聽聽聽聽聽聽聽聽 Develop job knowledge and skill set necessary to preform IAA role which consists of the following responsibilities:

聽聽聽聽聽聽聽聽 Act as primary service related and administrative contact for high-net-worth investors and their professional advisors (CPA鈥橲, business managers, attorney鈥檚).

聽聽聽聽聽聽聽聽 Open new accounts and monitor progress.

聽聽聽聽聽聽聽聽 Provide daily client service, including but not limited to, investing deposits, calculating withdrawals, handling cashiering needs, facilitating tax trading, charitable gifting, required minimum distributions, special requests, account re-registrations, cost basis step up, custom report creation, address changes, and account terminations.

聽聽聽聽聽聽聽聽 Execute asset allocation changes based on Advisor recommendation and monitor progress.

聽聽聽聽聽聽聽聽 Schedule Advisor-Client meetings and prepare portfolio review book materials.

聽聽聽聽聽聽聽聽 Attend in house or off site meetings or events as requested by Advisor.

聽聽聽聽聽聽聽聽 Maintain and update client files, CRM and other portfolio data, as needed.

聽聽聽聽聽聽聽聽 Collaborate with management to improve practices and procedures.

Qualifications:

聽聽聽聽聽聽聽聽 Undergraduate Degree

聽聽聽聽聽聽聽聽 Some exposure to financial markets in classroom or internship setting

聽聽聽聽聽聽聽聽 Strong interest in working in financial services

聽聽聽聽聽聽聽聽 Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

聽聽聽聽聽聽聽聽 Strong interpersonal, organizational and quantitative skills.

聽聽聽聽聽聽聽聽 Strong attention to detail, math aptitude, and the ability to multi-task.

聽聽聽聽聽聽聽聽 Strong client service mind-frame

聽聽聽聽聽聽聽聽 Independent, self-starter, possessing initiative, drive, composure and enthusiasm.

聽聽聽聽聽聽聽聽 Proficiency in Excel and Word.

The starting base salary will range from $59,000 to $80,000.

The starting salary range will vary based on the applicant鈥檚 education, experience, skills, abilities, geographic location, internal equity, and alignment with market data. This position is also eligible to participate in the company鈥檚 annual incentive plan.
