Commercial Account Manager

Job Description:

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
This position will effectively present targeted number of sales estimates and offers to potential customers in accordance with current Pricing Matrix.,
•
Complete all sales duties, including, but not limited to, Service Agreement Completion, accurate inspections, and follow up on previous estimates.
•
Maintain compliance with all company policies and procedures
•
Local travel required within your territory or state.
•
Perform other duties as assigned
QUALIFICATIONS AND EDUCATION REQUIREMENTS
•
Previous sales experience required.
•
Excellent communication skills, friendliness and ability to build rapport with potential customers required.
•
Must possess ability to learn and communicate technical, industry-related data pertaining to the services to be sold.
•
High School diploma or GED required.
REQUIRED SKILLS
•
Ability to perform the essential job functions, including meeting qualitative and/or quantitative productivity standards safely and successfully
•
Regular and punctual attendance
•
Must be able to talk, listen, and speak clearly to build relationships and promote excellent customer service
•
Must possess valid driver’s license and meet company driving standards (should be under Required)
PREFERRED SKILLS
•
Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree preferred
•
Industry licensed in accordance with state regulations

Extensive driving and walking
•
Long hours on the telephone and personal contact with customers
•
Ability to work long hours as needed
