We are seeking an experienced Construction Superintendent to lead all on-site activities and drive field execution from mobilization through closeout. This role is responsible for ensuring projects are built safely, on schedule, and in accordance with contract documents and quality standards.

 

You will serve as the on-site leader, coordinating subcontractors, inspectors, and field staff while maintaining alignment with the Project Manager and overall project goals.



Job Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Lead daily field operations and coordinate all subcontractor activities
  • Develop and maintain baseline and look-ahead schedules; proactively manage delays
  • Enforce safety standards, conduct inspections, and lead safety meetings
  • Ensure work is installed per plans, specifications, and quality requirements
  • Lead preinstallation and coordination meetings with trade partners
  • Manage site logistics, material deliveries, and jobsite organization
  • Track progress, manpower, and daily field reports
  • Coordinate inspections, testing, and trade handoffs
  • Partner with the Project Manager on schedule, cost tracking, and billing progress
  • Oversee punch list completion, commissioning, and project turnover



Qualifications:

  • Proven experience supervising ground-up and renovation construction projects
  • Strong knowledge of construction methods, sequencing, and scheduling
  • Ability to read and interpret drawings, specifications, and contracts
  • Experience with Procore, Bluebeam, and standard construction software
  • OSHA 30 Certification (or ability to obtain within 30 days)
  • Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills
