What this job involves āĀ Ā
The Facilities Manager will be the single point of contact responsible for facilities managementĀ at an assigned site/s,Ā managing others, andĀ assistingĀ the RegionalĀ Facilities DirectorĀ and theĀ JLLĀ client accountĀ team with the delivery of quality facility management services. This role will coordinate and manageĀ clientĀ requirements, vendor relationships and performance,Ā and service delivery to ensure satisfaction.Ā Ā Ā
What is your day to day?Ā Ā Ā
Establish open lines of communication to build trust and provide transparent exchanges of information with the site team ā become the face of JLL for site leadership.Ā
Provide overall facility servicesĀ in accordance withĀ accountsā standard processes and procedures including application of policies and programs, coordination of informationĀ
Ensure compliance with portfolio wide initiatives andĀ requiredĀ local,Ā stateĀ and federal laws and regulations that pertain to the operating of facilities entrusted to the Facility Partners to manage on behalf of the client as ownerĀ
Develop andĀ maintainĀ positive relationship with ClientĀ POC, stakeholders, and operations teams.Ā
Act as the primary interfaceĀ on-siteĀ with client representatives. Collaborate toĀ determineĀ client expectationsĀ and ensure delivery of committed services and overall satisfaction with JLL performance.Ā
Inspect buildings routinely to guarantee that building services are at the highest level of quality standards.āÆĀ
Support the Client in the implementation of short and long-term projects,Ā the development and management of theĀ siteāsĀ capital and expense budgets,Ā and daily maintenance activities.Ā Ā DevelopĀ and implement innovative programs, processes, and procedures that reduceĀ short- and long-termĀ operating costs and increase productivity.Ā
AssistĀ vendors with site visits, onboarding, and other items as necessaryĀ to drive high-level service output by reviewing andĀ analyzingĀ KPIs and SLAs defined in the scope of work (SOW).Ā
Understand operations for all FM vendors under management and ensure proper tools are in place to manage vendor performance. Monitor vendor contract terms and conditions as well as invoice compliance.Ā
Supervise vendor performance; resolve, track, and document vendor escalations quickly and efficiently, implementing action plans to improve performance, where necessary.Ā
Contribute to vendor performance assessments via scorecards, business intelligence, MBR/QBRs, and performance improvement action plans.Ā
Responsibility for drivingĀ site KPIās, financial and other metrics plus reporting for monthly, quarterly,Ā annuallyĀ or as needed.Ā
Build collaborative relationships with vendors and client.Ā
Support the Regional and Account leadership with other dutiesĀ asĀ assignedĀ
Ā
Minimum RequirementsĀ
Experience collaborating with multiple functions to achieve results.Ā
Strong analytical skills for structured problem solving and root cause analysis.Ā
Minimum ofĀ 6Ā years industry experience inĀ eitherĀ the corporate environment, third party service provider or as a consultantĀ
Strong organizational and managementĀ within matrixed organizations; oversight of both technical and administrative staffĀ
ExcellentĀ listening,Ā verbal,Ā and written communication skillsĀ Ā
Ability to build repeatable processes that surpass customer expectationsĀ
Ability toĀ multi-task and work without direct supervisionĀ
Ability to plan and manage work under time constraintsĀ
Strong presentation skillsĀ
Proficient in MS Office and MS Share PointĀ as well as MSĀ ExcelĀ withĀ ability toĀ analyzeĀ dataĀ
ComputerĀ proficiencyĀ in CMMS/Work Order systemsĀ
Supervise vendor performance during normal and off hours including weekends when necessaryĀ
US citizenship isĀ requiredĀ for this position due to government contract requirementsĀ Ā
PreferredĀ Qualifications
Bachelorās Degree in EngineeringĀ or related field.Ā
Knowledge of real estate, telecommunications, furniture, accounting and building systemsĀ Ā
Oversight of multiple facilities with varied functionsĀ

Estimated compensation for this position:
120,000.00 ā 130,000.00 USD per yearThis range is an estimate and actual compensation may differ. Final compensation packages are determined by various considerations including but not limited to candidate qualifications, location, market conditions, and internal considerations.
