 SAIC seeks an experienced and energetic Principal Product Support Analyst / Technical Writer to directly support the modernization of the space launch ranges, meeting mission requirements, providing range capabilities, and supporting the Assured Access to Space (AATS) mission. The overarching purpose of the program is to perform system modernization and digital transformation projects that will enable the acceleration of the space launch cadence to enable the Spaceport of the future. This position is located in Santa Maria, CA.


Job Responsibilities:


•    Write, edit, and maintain user guides, Technical Orders and Contractor Furnished Equipment Notice (CFEN), following MIL-STD and MIL-PRF requirements.
•    Conduct technical data updates for Technical Orders (TOs), Work Unit Codes (WUCs), engineering drawings, and other controlled documents.
•    Generate, upload, and maintain technical data using Windchill and related data management systems.
•    Experience with product structures, engineering documentation, and sustainment engineering activities.
•    Translate complex engineering data into clear, concise instructions for operational personnel.
•    Coordinate peer reviews and validation/verification events with stakeholders
