Compensation & Benefits

• $80,000–$150,000+ annual earning potential

What You'll Do

• Welcome customers and guide them through a fun, informative, and pressure-free vehicle buying experience.
• Learn each customer's needs and recommend the Chrysler, Dodge, Jeep, Ram, or pre-owned vehicle that best fits their lifestyle.
• Conduct vehicle walk-arounds, demonstrations, and test drives while showcasing the latest features and technology.
• Build lasting relationships that lead to repeat business and referrals.
• Present financing, leasing, trade-in, and vehicle protection options.
• Maintain consistent follow-up using our CRM system.
• Achieve individual sales goals while contributing to a positive, team-oriented culture.
• Deliver a five-star customer experience from the first handshake through vehicle delivery.

What We're Looking For

• Automotive sales experience is a plus, but we also welcome motivated professionals with successful backgrounds in commission-based sales.
• Excellent communication and relationship-building skills.
• A positive attitude, strong work ethic, and competitive drive.
• Passion for helping people and providing outstanding customer service.
• Comfortable using technology, CRM systems, and digital communication tools.
• Ability to work a flexible schedule, including weekends.
• Valid driver's license with a clean driving record.
