Santa Barbara Cottage Hospital seeks a Sterile Processing Technician II for their Sterile Processingdepartment responsible for supporting Sterile Processing operations and its services to other departments in the hospital. Uses sterile processing techniques to deliver clean/sterile instruments, equipment, and supplies to SPD customers.

QUALIFICATIONS:

All job qualifications listed indicate the minimum level necessary to perform this job proficiently.

Certifications, Licenses, Registrations:

Minimum: Certification in Sterile Processing or Certified Registered Central Service Technician (CRCST).

Technical Requirements:

Minimum: Background knowledge with respect to the care and handling of instrumentation as well as familiarity with sterilization processes.
Preferred: computer skills.
