Cottage Health seeks a Vaccinator for their CH Employee Health and Safety department responsible for Administer COVID-19 vaccinations to patients and document the administration in the patient record. Major accountabilities include:

Find the patient in the Rover handheld device connected to Epic to confirm patient has appointment. Confirm that adequate and accurate information is being retained and document medication information (brand, lot number, etc.).
Administer vaccination and sign off on administration.

*Pay for non-physician positions is determined based on related years of experience and internal equity. Eligible employees may also receive additional forms of compensation, including shift differentials, on-call pay, incentive pay, and bonus opportunities, where applicable.
