AI Agent Architect

Job Overview

We are looking for an AI Agent Architect to design and build enterprise internal agents and AI-native workflows.

This role requires system architecture, product sense, technical taste, and the ability to navigate ambiguity from problem framing through production rollout.

What You Will Own

• Architect and build internal agent systems for complex business, data, and operational workflows.

• Integrate agents with multimodal data pipelines, services, tools, permissions, and production infrastructure; define clear interfaces, state, observability, and failure recovery.

• Design AI-native workflows that coordinate agent actions, human review, and cross-team handoffs while balancing automation with control.

• Work with product, research, data, infrastructure, and operations teams to turn ambiguous needs into system designs and delivery plans, then improve them through evaluation and production feedback.

What We Look For

• Strong software engineering and system architecture fundamentals, with experience owning complex production systems.

• Hands-on understanding of LLM and agent systems, including tool use, orchestration, context and memory, evaluation, guardrails, and observability.

• Experience integrating software systems with large-scale multimodal data processing or distributed workflows.

• Strong product sense and technical taste: you can identify the real problem, choose clear abstractions, and make pragmatic tradeoffs.

• Ability to navigate ambiguity, communicate across teams, and drive decisions without waiting for complete requirements.

• Experience with human-in-the-loop systems, internal automation, permissions, audibility, multi-tenant systems, or safe rollout of AI capabilities is valuable.
