The Maintenance 1 and 2 positions report to the Crew Leader and require candidates to work independently with various landscaping equipment.

Minimum Standards
Works independently    Mower 21”, 36”, 48”
Report Problems to Crew Leader    Blower
Basic First Aid    Edger
Safety - use proper safety gear    String Line Trimmer
Pick up Papers, Branches & Debris    Shrub Pruning Hedge Trimmer
Landscape Inspections (Dead Plants)    Riding Mower/Laser
Visual check of property    Aerator
Hand Weeding    Hand Watering
Shrub & Tree Planting - 1 to 5 gallons    Manual Shut off Mainline (RPVB)
Tree Staking & Guying    Head Adjustment & Repairs
Flower Planting    Pest Identification (up to 5)
Detail Annuals    Snail Bait Application
Vine Tying    Select Prune Trees Under 15’
Plant of the Week    Time Reporting - Review and Sign time card
