Description We are seeking a Manager, Contracts & Compliance to support commercial contracting, compliance activities, and business operations across the company. This role will partner with internal stakeholders and external counsel to help manage contracts, maintain compliance processes, and improve operational efficiency. The ideal candidate has experience managing commercial agreements, coordinating cross-functional processes, and supporting compliance initiatives in a technology, manufacturing, or startup environment. Key Responsibilities
  • Manage the contract lifecycle, including intake, review, approval, execution, storage, and renewal.
  • Coordinate customer, supplier, manufacturing, consulting, NDA, and partnership agreements.
  • Maintain contract templates, approval workflows, and document repositories.
  • Work with external legal counsel on contract review and specialized legal matters.
  • Track contractual obligations, key dates, and compliance requirements.
  • Support corporate recordkeeping and business documentation.
  • Assist with investor and due diligence requests by gathering and organizing required materials.
  • Partner with HR on confidentiality agreements, policy administration, and employee documentation.
  • Support export control, trade compliance, and other operational compliance activities.
  • Identify opportunities to improve contracting processes, controls, and operational efficiency.
  • Maintain relationships with external vendors, service providers, and legal partners.
Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree required.
  • 5+ years of experience in contracts management, compliance, legal operations, procurement, or a related field.
  • Experience managing commercial agreements and contract administration processes.
  • Strong organizational, project management, and stakeholder management skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
  • Experience with contract management software and document control systems.
  • Experience in technology, manufacturing, semiconductor, hardware, or startup environments preferred.
Preferred Qualifications
  • Experience supporting compliance programs or corporate governance activities.
  • Familiarity with export controls, supplier management, and international business operations.
  • Paralegal certification or relevant compliance certification is a plus.
  • Experience working with outside counsel and cross-functional business teams.
