We are a highly skilled team of talented engineers driving the development of Marvell's next-generation network switches. Our team owns a broad portfolio of IPs for switching products - from initial definition through architecture, design, and verification - and operates at the cutting edge of high-performance, large-scale SoC development.

What You Can Expect

As a Senior Verification Engineer, you will shape and lead the functional verification of complex network switch IPs. You will architect state-of-the-art verification environments, drive coverage closure, and leverage modern AI-powered tools to accelerate quality and efficiency. You will collaborate closely with design and architecture teams to deliver silicon that meets the highest standards of quality and reliability.

What You'll Do

  • Architect and develop functional verification environments, including reference models, functional monitors, and drivers, while driving best practices and methodology across the team.
  • Write comprehensive verification test plans using constrained-random techniques and coverage analysis, working with designers to ensure completeness and accuracy.
  • Develop and tune tests to achieve coverage goals, debug failures and partner with design teams to drive resolution.
  • Utilize AI-powered tools and workflows to accelerate test generation, coverage analysis, debug, and overall verification productivity.

What We're Looking For

Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Electrical Engineering or related fields and 5+ years of related professional experience. OR Master’s degree and/or PhD in Computer Science, Electrical Engineering or related fields with 3+ years of experience.
• Experience with System Verilog, UVM.
• Experience with writing a detailed test plan and building a sophisticated, directed, random-verification environment.
• Experience with scripting language such as Python or Perl and EDA Verification tools.
• Experience with Object-Oriented Design and implementation.
• Good understanding of Linux O.S.
• Good programming skills desired, especially C++ and ARM assembly.
• Understanding of networking protocols, a plus.

• Requires the ability to accept and work with differing opinions.
• Cannot be a close-minded developer.
• Must be able to learn on the fly and work in a fast-paced environment.

Expected Base Pay Range (USD)

134,390 - 201,300, $ per annum

The successful candidate’s starting base pay will be determined based on job-related skills, experience, qualifications, work location and market conditions. The expected base pay range for this role may be modified based on market conditions.
