We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented HRIS Analyst with a specialized skillset in Workday to join our HRIS team. As an HRIS Analyst, you will play a crucial role in supporting the configuration, maintenance, and enhancements of our Workday Talent and Performance modules by ensuring data integrity and providing HR technology solutions to improve business processes. Key Responsibilities include collaborating across different teams to find solutions, assisting others, and creating technology-driven solutions; partnering with HR SMEs and HRIT team members to build and document workflows and procedures; rolling out new technology functionality; intake, scope, and carry out technology enhancements; creating and maintaining clear, comprehensive business requirements; maintaining awareness of Workday future releases; ensuring day-to-day systems support balanced with strategic enhancements; thorough testing and analysis of new Workday features; assessing reporting/dashboard solutions; assisting in testing processes; monitoring and recommending process improvements; understanding and implementing end-to-end technology processes; upholding excellent time management skills; using project management skills; and using HR and technical knowledge to influence and manage projects. Preferred qualifications include a Bachelor’s degree in Management Information Systems, IT, Computer Science, or Engineering; 5-7 years of experience as a Workday functional expert; strong consultative and communication skills; ability to work independently and in teams; ability to manage multiple projects; and proficiency in MS Office tools. Additional information includes no travel, no relocation eligibility, and a salary range of $115,000.00 - $158,500.00 with comprehensive benefits and potential bonus and stock awards.
