Are you passionate about working on critical software monetization projects? We are seeking a Senior Manager, Software Monetization Operations at NVIDIA in Worldwide Sales Software Operations team. In this role you will help craft NVIDIA’s Software Operations strategy and lead operational initiatives!

What you will be doing:

As we grow and expand software portfolio footprint, business model standardization, operationalization strategy and execution are key factors in our success. We are looking for an outstanding candidate that can drive strategic, multi functional initiatives across diverse go-to-market domains spanning cloud, on-premise and hybrid SaaS/XaaS/Managed Services, ISV/CSP/Marketplaces, plus architect frameworks for offer enablement via scalable operational process to deliver a smooth customer and partner experience.

  • Understand requirements, drive business design framework including monetized and non-monetized evaluation, pre-general-availability and beta offerings

  • Strategize and develop business requirements for software systems, focusing on the integration of automated decision-making functions

  • Architect well-rounded capabilities for operational workflow automation—from post-ordering through delivery and renewals—by employing advanced AI tooling and methodologies

What we need to see:

  • Proficiency in architecting Enterprise software processes delivery, including deep experience with SAP, BRIM/subscription management, entitlement management, customer onboarding, licensing, cloud provisioning and employing AI to improve the customer experience

  • 12+ overall years of experience in software transformation project; 3+ years of management experience

  • Bachelors degree or equivalent experience in business, computer science or related field

  • Consistent track record of automating end-to-end order to delivery workflows

  • Driving product adoption/BI insights/tools in support of Customer Success needs and Renewals metrics

  • Critical thinking skills to identify issues within sophisticated, AI-integrated solutions for global business use cases

  • Stellar problem-solving skills; ability to strategize for the big picture and solve for the detailed cases; lead with curiosity

  • Enjoys working in a fast-paced environment with multiple priorities; self-starter; adapt quickly and go out of your comfort zone to get the job done balancing tradeoffs and multiple priorities

Ways to stand out from the crowd:

  • Solid experience in architecting solutions, SME in multiple downstream functional delivery areas, demonstrable portfolio expertise in end-to-end automation / have efficiently implemented AI in order-to-delivery to renewal workflows to reduce friction or manual intervention

  • Business leader with vision in various Enterprise software business models and background in Cloud Operations and SaaS/XaaS, Managed Services

  • Flexibility and agility to deal with constant change in a dynamic, fast-paced, nuanced environment

Your base salary will be determined based on your location, experience, and the pay of employees in similar positions. The base salary range is 184,000 USD - 299,000 USD.

You will also be eligible for equity and benefits.
