In this role, you will lead the structural test methodology and execution plan for next-generation boards and systems, specializing in high-speed structural test methods, test fixture solutions, vendor management, and team leadership. What you will be doing:

  • Oversee the production of structural test plans with functional teams, guiding processes from design and development through validation and implementation.

  • Define new structural test methodologies for advanced test features.

  • Coordinate technical aspects of test fixture and platform automation with suppliers, contract manufacturers, and cross-functional teams.

  • Manage relationships with structural test tester providers and fixture houses.

What we need to see:

  • Master’s degree (or equivalent experience) in Electrical, Mechanical, Materials, or related fields.

  • 8+ overall years of structural test experience with 3+ years of management experience.

  • Extensive expertise in structural test methods, programs, and test hardware, including design, development, validation, and implementation.

  • Strong communication, problem-solving, and decision-making abilities.

  • Demonstrated leadership, teamwork, analytical skills, and a commitment to excellence.

Your base salary will be determined based on your location, experience, and the pay of employees in similar positions. The base salary range is 152,000 USD - 253,000 USD for Level 2, and 184,000 USD - 287,500 USD for Level 3.
