Do you want to join the team that is responsible for creating the diagnostic test programs which serve as a final test for millions of chips before they are sent to our customers? We bring together different pieces of software, firmware, and settings, working through issues with several teams to deliver these programs to our manufacturing partners. We monitor the performance of these programs, working to improve their efficiency and effectiveness. As a member of our system level test (SLT) test engineering (TE) group, qualified applicants will create and verify the diagnostic programs that test NVIDIA's state of the art GPU products.

What you'll be doing:

  • Build, validate, and support the manufacturing test programs for our Data Center products.

  • We work with many different groups including ASIC, ATE, systems/silicon validation, software, VBIOS, product engineering, and production teams to coordinate efforts to resolve test program issues.

  • Initiate and drive process improvements, using existing automation frameworks and creating new tools.

What we need to see:

  • BS or MS degree in CS/CE/EE or equivalent experience.

  • 5+ years of experience.

  • Demonstrated ability to quickly narrow down and solve issues in complex stacks of hardware and software.

  • Comfort working with and a strong understanding of the Linux OS, including some understanding of low level software drivers and kernel.

  • Good communication and organization skills, with a logical approach to problem solving, good time management and task prioritization.

  • You should be proactive and drive projects with minimum supervision and be able to work effectively across multiple teams.

Ways to stand out from the crowd:

  • Strong Python skills.

  • A desire to automate all the things!

  • Experience using AI-assisted and agentic tools to improve engineering productivity, debugging, or automation workflows.

  • Knowledge of and experience in the silicon manufacturing and test process.

  • Familiar with embedded platforms and system software as well as background in ASIC Debug and board issues related to logic design & signal integrity.

Your base salary will be determined based on your location, experience, and the pay of employees in similar positions. The base salary range is 132,000 USD - 207,000 USD for Level 3, and 152,000 USD - 253,000 USD for Level 4.

You will also be eligible for equity and benefits.
