ć»Deliver excellent customer service and ensure customer satisfaction.
ć»Understand customer needs and respond to questions and concerns in a prompt and friendly manner.
ć»Handle customer complaints professionally and take initiative to find appropriate solutions.
ć»Create eyewear products with speed, accuracy, and efficiency.
ć»Maintain a warm, friendly, and supportive store environment.
ć»Participate in staff meetings to improve customer service, store operations, and sales performance.
ć»Train and support less experienced team members and lead by example.
ć»Adjust, fit, and assemble eyeglasses to meet each customerās needs.
ć»Promote high service standards and help exceed customer expectations.
ā¶ļø Required Qualifications & Skills:
ć»High school diploma or GED equivalent.
ć»ABO Certification preferred.
ć»At least 1 year of retail experience.
ć»Flexible availability, including nights, weekends, holidays, and opening/closing shifts.
ć»Strong verbal and written communication and relationship-building skills.
ć»Ability to prioritize tasks and manage time effectively in a fast-paced environment.
ć»Ability to stand and move around the sales floor or stockroom for most of the day.
