This role supports customers and internal teams in a fast-paced manufacturing environment serving aerospace and defense customers. The position manages customer orders and inquiries, resolves issues, coordinates with internal teams to support on-time delivery, and maintains accurate records. The ideal candidate is organized, detail-oriented, responsive, and able to manage multiple priorities independently.
