What You'll Do

As part of our Primary (Ages 3–6) classroom team, you'll:

• Help create a peaceful, engaging Montessori learning environment.
• Support children as they build independence, confidence, and concentration.
• Partner with an experienced Head of School while developing your own Montessori practice.
• Observe children's growth and communicate professionally with families and colleagues.
• Model kindness, patience, and grace and courtesy throughout the day.
• Gradually take on increased leadership responsibilities as you prepare for your own classroom.

Who We're Looking For

You may be the perfect fit if you have:

• At least 12 ECE units 
• Experience working with children ages 3–6 (Lead Teacher Experience preferred)
• A genuine interest in Montessori education
• A desire to pursue Montessori Primary (3–6) certification or already obtained your Montessori Primary (3-6) certification (preferred)
• Strong organizational skills and a positive, professional attitude
• Patience, reliability, and a love of helping children become independent learners

Montessori experience is a plus—but not required. If you're passionate about early childhood education and excited to learn, we'd love to hear from you.
