We are seeking a compassionate, dedicated, and experienced Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to join our team and provide high-quality ABA services to children and families.

Responsibilities

  • Develop and oversee individualized behavior-analytic treatment plans.
  • Conduct assessments and analyze behavioral data.
  • Provide clinical supervision and support to RBTs and other team members.
  • Collaborate with caregivers, schools, and other professionals.
  • Monitor client progress and adjust treatment plans as needed.
  • Provide caregiver training and ongoing clinical guidance.
  • Maintain accurate clinical documentation in accordance with company and regulatory requirements.
Qualifications

  • Current BCBA certification and active BACB credential.
  • Master’s degree in behavior analysis, psychology, education, or a related field.
  • Experience providing ABA services, preferably with children with developmental disabilities.
  • Strong communication, organizational, and clinical skills.
  • Ability to work collaboratively with families and multidisciplinary teams.
  • Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation, if required for the position.
