We are seeking a compassionate, dedicated, and experienced Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to join our team and provide high-quality ABA services to children and families.
Responsibilities
- Develop and oversee individualized behavior-analytic treatment plans.
- Conduct assessments and analyze behavioral data.
- Provide clinical supervision and support to RBTs and other team members.
- Collaborate with caregivers, schools, and other professionals.
- Monitor client progress and adjust treatment plans as needed.
- Provide caregiver training and ongoing clinical guidance.
- Maintain accurate clinical documentation in accordance with company and regulatory requirements.
Qualifications
- Current BCBA certification and active BACB credential.
- Master’s degree in behavior analysis, psychology, education, or a related field.
- Experience providing ABA services, preferably with children with developmental disabilities.
- Strong communication, organizational, and clinical skills.
- Ability to work collaboratively with families and multidisciplinary teams.
- Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation, if required for the position.
