Confidential Property Management Company is hiring an experienced, full-time Maintenance Supervisor to join our growing team.
Pay is $28 to $30 per hour, based on experience, and bonus potential. The schedule is Monday through Friday and will include shared on call.
Duties include, but are not limited to:
- Conduct all community maintenance work and service requests
- Preventative maintenance
- Prepare maintenance reports
- Maintain maintenance budget & inventory
- Provide excellent customer service
- Enforce policies of the Company

Requirements:
- Must have at least two years of maintenance supervisory experience.
- HVAC/CPO Certification preferred.
- High School education or equivalent required.
