Your Role:

• Safely transport our school age students from school, ensuring every ride is a happy, secure adventure.
• Keep your vehicle in top shape with daily inspections, ensuring it meets state licensing and DMV standards.
• Monitor behavior, document any concerns, and keep the director in the loop to maintain a smooth ride.
• Work with students grade K-6th afterschool assisting with homework, planning and facilitating organized group games, crafts, and activities.
• Stay sharp with in-service training, staff meetings, and parent events to stay connected with our community.

Job Description

What Makes You Our Star Driver:

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Must have 12 Units in Early CHildhood Education.
• At least 21 years old.
• Meets all state preschool and bus driver requirements.
• Qualifies under Cadence Education’s insurance underwriting standards.
• Current CPR & First Aid certifications.
