About the Role:

Responsibilities:

Create detailed Microvellum drawings and specifications for custom cabinetry and millwork.
Collaborate with project managers and engineers to ensure design accuracy and feasibility.
Review and revise designs based on feedback and project requirements.
Utilize industry-standard software to produce precise and efficient designs.
Maintain organized documentation of design files and project revisions.
Assist in troubleshooting design issues and providing solutions.
Stay updated with new software features and industry trends to enhance design processes.
Participate in team meetings to discuss project progress and share ideas.

Requirements:

Proven experience as a drafter, preferably with Microvellum software.
Strong understanding of cabinetry design and woodworking principles.
Proficiency in CAD software and design tools.
Detail-oriented with excellent organizational skills.
Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
Strong communication skills to effectively convey design concepts.
Associate’s degree in drafting, design, or a related field is preferred.
Experience in the woodworking industry is a plus.
