ABOUT THE ROLE

The IRA PWA Compliance Administrator is responsible for ensuring accurate documentation and adherence to compliance requirements under the Inflation Reduction Act (IRA) for CSI and its subcontractors. This role focuses on maintaining records, conducting audits, and supporting compliance processes to ensure all labor and reporting obligations are met. Acting as a key liaison for subcontractors, the administrator will facilitate compliance tracking, assist in investigations of potential violations, and provide necessary documentation for audits and regulatory reviews. This position is essential in supporting the company’s overall compliance framework by ensuring timely and precise reporting of compliance data.

Essential Functions

  • Stay updated on all regulations and provisions of the Inflation Reduction Act.
  • Maintain accurate records of documentation submission, labor hours, and compliance statuses for CSI and all subcontractors.
  • Address and investigate any compliance violations or irregularities, determining appropriate correction action if applicable.
  • Act as the primary support for external audits and inspections related to the IRA.
  • Facilitate the compiling and submission of reports and documentation as it pertains to CSI’s labor requirements under the IRA.
  • Act as the primary point of contact with subcontractors on IRA projects as it relates to their labor compliance requirements.
  • Audit both internal and external (subcontractor) documentation submitted to ensure compliance with IRA requirements.
  • Identify compliance deficiencies and facilitate the resolution of such with the applicable parties.

ABOUT YOU

Qualifications

  • Experience in regulatory compliance or a similar field.
  • Experience with LCPTracker
  • Bachelor’s degree is preferred, but not required

Knowledge/Skills/Abilities

  • Familiarity with the IRA’s provisions, including corporate tax requirements, clean energy incentives, and healthcare pricing regulations
  • Demonstrated experience in the management of projects with multiple stakeholders and meeting deliverable deadlines
  • Willingness to learn and adapt to new concepts, requirements, and procedures
  • Familiarity with project management/compliance tracking tools with proficiency in MS Office Suite
  • Experience adhering to strict quality metrics/requirements
  • Strong conflict resolution and reasoning skills
  • Attention to detail and positive attitude
  • Proactive attitude and initiative
  • Ability to take ownership and accountability
  • Strong organizational and communication skills, both written and verbal
  • Ability to work under pressure

Physical Demands

  • Frequently works outdoors on uneven surfaces.
  • May be required to sit or stand for long periods of time.
  • May be required to stoop, bend, and crouch.

Work Environment

  • Works in a climate-controlled environment 60% of the time.
  • Frequently works in areas with large industrial equipment subject to high noise levels.
  • May occasionally work in areas with hazardous chemicals.

  • Hourly Rate $34.00-$38.00/ hour (Non-Exempt)
    • Commensurate with experience, paid weekly. Posted salary ranges are made in good faith. CSI reserves the right to adjust ranges depending on the selected candidate's qualifications.
