Position Summary:

Supports Transportation Department with daily tasks, invoicing, phone calls, export paperwork, arranging transportation, and data entry among other responsibilities.

Position Responsibilities:

• Daily invoicing 
• Support Transportation department with projects 
• File daily paperwork 
• Field phone calls
• Arrange transportation 
• Maintain Daily Production Report 
• Maintain Daily Sales Report 
• Monitor Monthly Revenue
• Inventory prep 
• Other related duties as assigned

Specific Knowledge, Skills or Abilities Required:

• Team player with a strong desire to succeed and a commitment to excellence
• High proficiency and experience using Microsoft Office, specifically Microsoft Excel
• Must possess good office etiquette 

Position Qualifications:

Education:

HS degree required

Experience: 

2+ years of experience in logistics required

Work Environment and Physical Requirements:

Production/Manufacturing environment

May lift a minimum of 50 lbs. frequently

Requires walking, standing, bending and lifting for long periods of time

Vision abilities required to validate and enter data on computer

Compensation Range

The compensation range for this position is specific to the locations listed below and is the range Fox reasonably and in good faith expects to pay for the position taking into account the wide variety of factors that are considered in making compensation decisions, including job-related knowledge; skillset; experience, education and training; certifications; and other relevant business and organizational factors.
