HansBiomed is a KOSDAQ listed, innovative company that specializes in Biologics and Medical device products. Our product line includes dental, spine, cosmetic, and plastic surgery supplies. Our headquarters is located in South Korea, and this position is for the U.S. branch. We are looking for a diligent, passionate, and driven MINT Sales Representative to join our sales team as we grow our business.

Role & Responsibilities:
- Provide daily administrative and operational support to ensure smooth order processing, sales tracking, financial documentation, and workflow coordination between Sales, Finance, and Accounting.
- Assist with accounts payable/receivable support, invoice processing, payment tracking, and basic accounting documentation as needed.
- Monitor sales orders from initiation through completion, track progress, follow up on outstanding items, and escalate issues related to billing, payments, or documentation.
- Prepare, review, and distribute sales reports, financial summaries, order-related documentation, and other reports to support accurate and timely processing.
- Organize, maintain, and manage physical and digital records related to sales, finance, and accounting (sorting, labeling, filing, and archiving) in an accurate and accessible manner.
- Retrieve and provide requested files, invoices, reports, and documentation in a timely manner to support internal teams and business operations.
- Review, update, edit, and archive financial and sales documents to ensure records remain accurate, current, and properly maintained.
- Communicate professionally with internal teams (Sales, Finance, Accounting, Logistics), customers, and vendors to address questions, provide updates, and resolve order, billing, or documentation-related issues.
- Maintain organized filing systems and processes to support operational efficiency, compliance, and audit readiness.
- Collaborate with Sales, Finance, Accounting, and other departments to ensure accurate information flow, timely completion of business activities, and effective coordination.
- Assist with general administrative, coordination, calendar/schedule management, and special projects to support daily business operations and team needs.
- Perform additional duties as assigned.

Required Qualifications & Skills:
- Bachelor’s degree required (Accounting, Finance, Business, or related field preferred).
- Candidates must be legally authorized to work in the United States as a U.S. Citizen or Lawful Permanent Resident.
- Strong attention to detail, excellent organizational skills, and numerical accuracy.
- Excellent customer service, written and verbal communication skills, and strong work ethic. • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook, and related applications) and/or Google Workspace; strong Excel skills preferred.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities accurately and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
Preferred Qualifications
- Administrative Assistant, Executive Assistant, Sales Support, Accounting Assistant, or Finance Support experience preferred.
- Bilingual proficiency in English and Korean (spoken and written) is strongly preferred.
- Previous experience supporting sales coordination, basic accounting/finance tasks, order management, or related administrative roles.
- Familiarity with CRM, ERP, accounting software (e.g., NetSuite, QuickBooks), sales reporting, order-management systems, or international trading/logistics/biologics environments is a plus.
- Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills, including professional communication with executives, employees, customers, and business partners.
- Strong attention to detail and follow-through.
- Ability to work independently and manage changing priorities.
- High level of professionalism, confidentiality, and discretion.
