What You'll Do

  • Welcome guests with warmth, professionalism and genuine hospitality.
  • Schedule, confirm and manage salon appointments for hair and nail services.
  • Answer guest questions regarding salon services, pricing, availability and promotions.
  • Process guest check-ins, check-outs, payments and retail purchases.
  • Support hairstylists and nail technicians by coordinating schedules and guest flow throughout the day.
  • Maintain accurate guest records and appointment information.
  • Promote salon services, retail products and special offerings.
  • Maintain a clean, organized and inviting reception area.
  • Assist with opening and closing procedures, including cash handling and reconciliation.
  • Address guest concerns professionally and escalate issues when appropriate.
  • Support salon promotions, special events and daily administrative operations.

Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent required.
  • Previous experience in a salon, spa, hospitality, retail, front desk or customer service environment preferred.
  • Strong customer service and communication skills.
  • Excellent organizational skills with the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
  • Professional appearance and demeanor.
  • Experience with appointment scheduling systems, point-of-sale systems or reservation software preferred.
  • Basic computer proficiency and familiarity with Google Workspace applications.
  • Ability to handle cash and retail transactions accurately.
  • Ability to work a flexible schedule, including weekends and holidays as business demands require.
