We are seeking a professional and guest-focused Bell Attendant to join our team. In this role, you are often the very first and final touchpoint of a guest’s experience. Your warmth, attention to detail, and dedication to service help set the tone for every stay and leave a lasting impression long after departure.


What You’ll Do

  • Welcome and greet guests warmly upon arrival and departure.
  • Assist guests with luggage, transportation, and vehicle loading and unloading.
  • Provide knowledgeable recommendations about property amenities, dining, and local attractions.
  • Anticipate guest needs and resolve concerns promptly and professionally.
  • Maintain compliance with safety, security, and ADA accessibility standards.
  • Communicate effectively with Front Office, Housekeeping, Engineering, and other departments.
  • Maintain a clean, organized work area and polished professional appearance.
  • Uphold company service standards and protect guest and company property.

Requirements

  • Hospitality experience is a plus.
  • Strong communication, customer service, and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to stand for extended periods and lift, carry, push, and pull 50+ pounds.
  • Comfortable working both indoors and outdoors in varying weather conditions.
