Job Description

Join Our Team as a Lodge Host (Front Desk Agent)

We are seeking a warm, professional, and guest-focused Lodge Host—our Front Desk Agent—who will serve as the welcoming face and voice of our property. As the first point of contact for our guests, you will set the tone for an exceptional stay through outstanding customer service, attention to detail, and a genuine hospitality mindset.

In this role, you will help create memorable guest experiences from arrival to departure by ensuring every interaction is seamless, professional, and welcoming.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Greet guests upon arrival and provide a warm, professional welcome
  • Manage smooth check-in and check-out processes
  • Handle room reservations, confirm guest information, assign rooms, and communicate special requests or accommodations to relevant departments
  • Provide accurate information regarding hotel services, amenities, and policies
  • Deliver exceptional customer service by promptly and professionally addressing guest inquiries, concerns, and requests
  • Process payments and handle financial transactions accurately, including cash handling and coordination with accounting
  • Serve as a central communication point between guests and hotel departments
  • Maintain accurate records of guest interactions, requests, and transactions

Qualifications

  • 1 year in a similar role
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills
  • Ability to handle multiple tasks efficiently
  • Familiarity with hotel management systems and basic computer skill
