Blue United Sourcing is seeking a Travel Occupational Therapist (OT) for a high-need Skilled Nursing Facility in San Francisco, CA. This position is actively interviewing and moving quickly. Immediate need, with flexibility on start date for the right candidate. Opportunity may convert to temp-to-perm based on performance and facility needs.

Responsibilities:

• Conduct occupational therapy evaluations and establish treatment plans
• Provide therapy services to short-term rehabilitation and long-term care residents
• Document patient progress and outcomes in a timely manner
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary clinical teams

Requirements:

• Active, unrestricted Occupational Therapy License
• Skilled Nursing Facility experience preferred
• Strong documentation and communication skills
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-demand environment

Compensation & Schedule:

• $57–$61/hour, based on experience
• Weekly pay
• 36 guaranteed hours per week
• 13-week contract with extension or permanent potential
