  • Engage stakeholders across the company to understand perspectives, bring in customer insights and data to distill requirements and manage priorities within the product roadmap

  • Own our product roadmaps and prioritize building what matters most to achieve organizational goals and customer needs.

  • Team up with Brand, Marketing and other key stakeholders to understand the reasons and priorities behind products being built.

  • Set clear sprint goals for software engineering teams and facilitate efficient and effective execution of these goals.

  • Work with Data teams to establish product KPIs, baseline metrics, and goals to inform customer-driven features and product direction.

Required Qualifications

  • 1-3 years of product management experience, including defining product roadmaps and bringing software products from concept to production.

  • Ability to proactively identify and address issues independently.

  • Data driven decision making and focus on customer experience, including the ability to co-lead user research and measure success by outcome rather than output.

  • Strong understanding of project management tools, road mapping software, and resourcing.

  • Keen knowledge of what is possible in modern Android, iOS, and web development and of design and interaction patterns and trends within each.

  • Strong experience leading and directing design thinking for a wide range of products.

  • Expert knowledge of UI design principles and techniques, including responsive design and mobile UI.
