Position Responsibilities: 

The Lead Service Technician is responsible for training service technicians, providing on-site technical support, calibrating equipment, and troubleshoot cold drink equipment issues
The Lead Service Technician provides technical advice for customers, business partners and service technicians to provide expertise and provide on-site technical support to team members as needed
You will also communicate discrepancies regarding open Purchase Orders and Disputed Invoice Tracking System to maintain an accurate parts inventory
Other duties as assigned

Required Education and Experience: 

High School Diploma/General Education Diploma with 0 to 2 years of related experience

Preferred Education and Experience: 

Electrical Certification or Vocational Certification
